Matt has been in the boat business since 1984, and holds a Masters Captain licenses. He is also a C.P.Y.B. designated Florida licensed Yacht Broker, and is a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association. As a creative and passionate entrepreneur, Matt uses his experience and innovation to find new ways to delight our tour guests and support the success of Tiki International’s independent owners and operators.

As Chief Operations Officer, Ryan manages the setup and optimization of the FareHarbor dashboard, integrates third-party OTAs and vendors like Fotaflo to enhance guest experiences, and implements accounting systems to improve operational efficiency.
James “Rocky” De Simone, CCO
Chief Compliance Officer
As Chief Compliance Officer, Rocky leads maritime regulatory compliance and safety initiatives. He coordinates U.S. Coast Guard inspections to ensure vessels meet operational and safety requirements, while managing the company's drug consortium program to maintain compliance with drug and alcohol testing regulations. His oversight ensures adherence to industry standards and promotes a safe operating environment. Rocky is retired Navy Commander CDR/USN.

As the Lead Captain, Al brings expertise, leadership, and a passion for exceptional on-the-water experiences. With extensive maritime experience, Al is responsible for training new Captains and crew, ensuring they uphold the highest safety and customer service standards. He also plays a key role in implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Beyond leadership duties, Captain Al oversees the overall care and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring every vessel is in top condition for smooth and enjoyable cruises. With a commitment to excellence, Captain Al helps create unforgettable experiences for guests while maintaining a fun and safe environment for both passengers and crew.
